Tic Tac Toe - Handbuilding Workshop

Join us for a fun and creative 3-hour handbuilding pottery workshop where you’ll design and create your very own Tic Tac Toe set! Please come with your inspiration. This one-time class is perfect for beginners — no experience needed.
You’ll be guided through foundational handbuilding techniques to shape and personalize your tic tac toe set, adding your own unique details along the way. There will be time to add details to your items! However, if you’d like to create something super detailed, we do recommend coming back once your item has been bisque fired to paint your piece — at no extra cost! Once complete, your piece will be professionally glazed in a food-safe finish and ready for pickup within approximately 4 weeks. We do offer shipping if you are from out of town.
What to Expect:
- A hands-on, beginner-friendly clay experience
- A little mess (it’s part of the fun!) — all materials wash out easily with water or in the laundry
- The final 20 minutes of the class will be dedicated to clean-up
What to Bring:
- An apron
- A hand towel
- Sketch Book
- Short, trimmed nails are recommended for working with clay (we’re happy to offer workarounds if needed!)
You’re welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the workshop.
Please note that pottery is handmade and results can vary. Occasionally, items may crack or break during the kiln firing process. While rare, if this happens we are unfortunately unable to replace the item.
Registration & Payment
All registrations are non-refundable. Your payment secures your spot and covers materials prepared specifically for your class. Please confirm your availability prior to registering.
Punctuality
Class instruction begins promptly at the scheduled start time. Key demonstrations will not be repeated for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you may miss essential steps and may be unable to complete your project. Refunds, credits, or make-up sessions cannot be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
Cancellations by County Creative
In the rare event that a class must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as instructor illness, weather, power outages, or equipment issues), you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule or receive a studio credit for the full value of your registration. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
